Apok Darr is a planet colonized during the clone wars by humans from across
the galaxy who wished to flee the conflict. The planet has been kept hidden
from the Empire and Rebellion effectively for decades. Their quest for peace
however was recently shattered when products of their own technology
conspired to destroy them. Within the past several months, Apok Darr's
military commander General Jaro Vinh has contacted the Rebellion and
requested assistance. In exchange for this assistance, the Rebellion hopes
to gain use of the Apok Darrian military industrial complex, which has grown
much larger than anything the Rebels currently have access to. In addition,
NEMISYS, the artificially intelligent leader of the forces trying to
eradicate the humans, has developed materials and Apok Darr weapons
technologies that are much more advanced than most standard technologies
possessed by the Empire. Currently, the Rebel General Adar Tallon is on Apok
Darr to finalize a treaty that will bring victory to the humans, and provide
a powerful new ally for the Alliance.
